Obaahema's mission is to celebrate the
achievements of Enterprising Woman in Ghana to inspire
others to emulate their success and reach their fullest
potential.
Obaahema aims at achieving her goal
of empowering the Ghanaian by:
• Celebrating the achievements
of Ghanaian women who are making a difference both
in Ghana and the world over. Obaahema hopes that they
will serve as role models for other aspiring Ghanaian
Women to follow.
• Building of future business
leaders and executives by educating and encouraging
them to reach their fullest potential.

Obaahemaa exists to promote the new
generation of women in Ghana who are making a significant
impact in our communities and in the world through
their work and their lives.
Our mission is to inspire and inform
professional women in Ghana by sharing stories of
remarkable women across all fields, along with expert
advice and cutting edge data and emerging trends to
help empower our women to attain greater financial
independence and to reach their fullest human potential
personally and professionally while making the world
a better place.
A record number of Ghanaian women now
lead top companies in and thousands more have started
businesses of their own - at a rate twice that of
men. Women are excelling in other fields, too - from
business to medicine, education, philanthropy, politics
and the arts.
Obaahemaa a badge of honor celebrating
a global mission of equity and opportunity-a movement
acknowledging all that women in Ghana are today and
will be tomorrow, each deserving the chance to realize
her fullest human potential; to have a great career,
and a fulfilling life.
